Red Braille Calendar

Guidelines for "Talking Head" Content Production at Red Braille Studios:

To ensure we create high-quality, efficient content, we kindly ask all partners to follow these best practices:

  1. Provide a Script: Send a finalized script or clear talking points to be loaded on teleprompter for on screen talent. This ensures clarity and keeps footage concise for post production.

  2. Know Your Content: Please have the on screen talent review and practice what they'll be saying before arriving. Preparation helps us capture your message quickly and effectively.

  3. Stay Concise: Aim for targeted messages that match the intended runtime. For example, a 90-second video should not require over 5 minutes of footage. (A one-minute speech is typically 125 to 150 words.)

These steps allow us to streamline production, deliver consistent results, and replicate success across all partnerships. Thank you for helping us maintain efficiency and excellence!

Please note that the calendar provides a broad overview of planned projects and timelines, but all dates are tentative and subject to adjustment. While it offers a helpful bird's eye view of what we’re working on, it doesn’t include every task or project underway. Scheduled blocks may not occupy the full time allotted, and any remaining availability will be reassigned to other tasks a month in advance. This schedule is flexible to accommodate workload changes, so it’s essential to coordinate with the RB Production Manager to review project details, estimate time requirements, and plan accordingly. Shoots and editing sessions will always be confirmed in advance with the RB Production Manager to ensure a smooth process from pre-production to delivery.
